The SH-2G is a fully integrated, multi-mission maritime weapon system with anti-submarine, anti-surface over the horizon targeting, surveillance, troop transport, search and rescue, and utility features.

It is also the largest, most powerful small ship helicopter on the market today and is renowned for its mission effectiveness, support and unmatched performance. In 1997 Kaman delivered its first international Seasprite to the Arab Republic of Egypt. The SH-2G(E) helicopter fleet is now entering its 11^th year of successful robust performance in the Egyptian Air Force.
